The Penultimate Truth

A very twisty, topsy turvy story from good ole PKD.  You think the poor underground mayor is going to the protagonist.  And then it's the Yance-man with a troubled conscience.  Then it's the time traveling adventurer.  And finally maybe it is the undergound mayor?  Or maybe this is just a cautionary tale about war and power and the abuse of power and the selfishness of man.
